If this issue arises, we can discuss how a potential change in service will affect the strategies and services we have in place.

Your business could take off and you see the need to upgrade to a higher package and receive additional services. On the other side, something unexpected may arise that may require a downgrade. We treat each client on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances involved.

At the end of the day, we want what you want, sustainable and predictable growth that frees you up from putting out avoidable fires in your business.

Depending on the service package you choose, most of the time involved in the consulting process is front-loaded in the first 90-120 days. That is where we dig in to find out everything we can about your company, and give you a plan to execute those strategies.

After the first 90 days, we will spend 1-4 hours per month on phone calls or video chats to measure results, uncover new issues, and track processes that we have implemented together.

If your package includes on-site visits, we will plan out a day that works for both of us to continue digging in and developing plans based on recent growth or issues.

Most clients continue with ongoing support at a reduced rate, or we transition to project-based work as needed. Some clients see such value in our service that they move up to the next level, Starter to Builder, is very common.

There's no obligation to continue, but most clients find ongoing support valuable.
